The Invalid Carriage Register (ICR) was founded in the Summer of 1995 and exists to chart the survival & whereabouts of all known surviving invalid vehicles worldwide, be it three-wheeled, four-wheeled, hand-propelled, electrically-propelled or engine-driven, from any country in the world, though with particular emphasis on British powered invalid three-wheelers 1922 – 1978.
